A tipper with a removable crane

The company ŻEL-BET SG – one of the Małopolska companies specializing in the construction of residential buildings received a unique tipper with a KH-KIPPER body and an HMF crane. The vehicle is distinguished by a crane mounted on a special detachable console that allows it to be left in the yard when not being used, thus obtaining a greater load capacity.

ŻEL-BET SG deals with the construction of single-family and multi-family residential buildings, service, commercial, office and industrial facilities, renovation and modernization of facilities and buildings as well as comprehensive interior finishing.

The truck is extremely versatile – it allows you to replace several vehicles with one. It can be used to transport building materials with their unloading, large loads and even loose materials. After removing the crane and using the vehicle as a tipper, the load capacity is increased. The 3-way tipping body is equipped with a left hydraulic side  and a rear side with an automatic opening with a pneumatic chute. Disassembly and assembly of the console to the chassis are made possible by locking pins and quick couplings of the crane’s electrical and hydraulic lines.
