The body exchangeable system enables any configuration of the truck body (tipper, concrete mixer, other body) according to current needs, increasing the functionality of the vehicle throughout the year. The system presented in Hanover includes a MAN 8×4 truck chassis with a three-way KH-KIPPER body and an FM Leżajsk concrete mixer with supporting legs. The system was designed mainly for small concrete plants that do not have a large machine park but want to carry out various transport tasks. The solution allows such companies to adapt to the new realities of disrupted supply chains because it is enough to have only one chassis with two exchangeable bodies on supporting legs. The concrete mixer enables the transport of liquid concrete and the tipper body – the transport of loose materials and pallets. Exchanging a three-way body to a concrete mixer with such a solution is relatively simple, requires only 2 people and takes several minutes.
The W3H three-way body with the Nummi cylinder under the floor is equipped with a left hydraulic sidewall. The latest modernization allows the body to be lifted to the side with the hydraulic sidewall fully open which remains in a fixed position while the body is moving. The new solution makes it possible to unload the material more precisely near the vehicle and additionally protects the wheels against the load being piled up on them. This option is often used when repairing road infrastructure and significantly increases the functionality of the vehicle.
